Raise Her Voice: Portraits of Power
Today, we’re highlighting a branding photography session for a podcaster, real estate mentor and coach, Morgan Schnabl!
Morgan is the broker owner of Abundance Real Estate, who mentors and coaches Real Estate Agents on how to grow their businesses and be experts in the Real Estate Market.

For this Milwaukee entrepreneur’s photoshoot we used the studio and focused on her brand essence words of “upscale, classy, savvy and composed.” We kept the color palette classic and neutral in black, white and grey. A little fan blowing, some knowing smiles, heels, minimal props, a black paper backdrop to maximize contrast and one high stool really made this shoot pop.
How did you get started?
I started this business out of a need for both myself and people around me. I’ve been a natural leader all my life & always just followed my passion at the time. I truly believe none of us are “done” or have “made it.” This is a big journey for all of us and after having my own Real Estate team and being in Leadership in this industry for almost a decade, I decided to begin my own firm in 2022.
I also founded & ran the restaurant brand, Brunch, which began in 2016 (I have since sold my stores but still oversee the brand). Now, I spend my days teaching, mentoring, and helping others achieve their goals & utilize their own strengths and purpose.
What makes you stand out in your industry?
Our secret sauce is truly VALUE. Everything we do must pass the value test. If it doesn’t provide value to those in the organization or to our clients, we are not doing it. This takes being very purposeful in everything we do and listening to those we serve to what they want (not what we want).
What fills you up about the work that you do?
Getting to see the people in my organization thrive and achieve things they didn’t believe were possible for themselves. I love being able to educate others and strive to teach someone something every day – I jump at any opportunity to teach and it’s so rewarding to see others learn – even better to see them teach others too!
Did anything surprise you about having a photoshoot done?
I didn’t need to think of everything, which is why I avoided it for so long. Katie asked questions about my business and what I wanted to portray, which allowed her to come up with ideas for the shoot, which was so helpful!
What was it like working with Katie?
Katie was amazing to work with! I don’t naturally gravitate towards getting my photos/video done, but Katie made it fun, easy, and comfortable! My next session will definitely be with her.
